A Fobello<\/strong>, paese di origine della dinastia Lancia<\/strong>, esiste ancora oggi la maestosa villa in cui viveva la famiglia. Essa \u00e8 situata nella frazione Mont\u00e0<\/strong> e pu\u00f2 essere raggiunta tramite una strada carrozzabile lunga circa un chilometro che sale dalla piazza del paese.<\/p>\n L’origine della struttura risale a Giuseppe Lancia, padre di Vincenzo, originario della frazione Costa di Fobello, che si trasfer\u00ec nella frazione Mont\u00e0<\/strong> circa nel 1880.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_2″ _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/www.valsesialanciastory.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/villalancia_3.jpeg” alt=”L’Anticipo 2022″ title_text=”villalancia_3″ show_in_lightbox=”on” align=”center” _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” border_width_all=”4px” border_color_all=”#dddddd” box_shadow_style=”preset3″ global_colors_info=”{%22gcid-3cb0cf77-6df6-46d4-969a-61bda35b99d2%22:%91%22border_color_all%22%93}”][\/et_pb_image][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.17.3″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.17.6″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n Esistevano gi\u00e0 tre case risalenti alla met\u00e0 del ‘700 ed egli si stabil\u00ec nella pi\u00f9 spaziosa, rimodernandola e facendone la sua dimora estiva.<\/p>\n All’inizio degli anni ’20 del secolo scorso, Vincenzo Lancia<\/strong> fece demolire le due case pi\u00f9 piccole, acquist\u00f2 la cascina adiacente e complet\u00f2 l’acquisto dei terreni che lo collegavano al paese, per un totale di circa nove ettari.<\/p>\n Successivamente venne aggiunta la manica laterale con i portici e internamente venne creato il salone anteriore e la doppia scala che porta ai piani superiori. At the beginning of the 20th century Vincenzo Lancia demolished the two smaller houses, bought a farm in the proximity and joined it to the land he bought, connecting the house to the town, for a total of 9 acres.<\/p>\n Successively, he built the porch and, he created, inside the house, the front living room and the double stairs which brought to the rooms above. The biggest innovations were the internal furniture, the fabric on the walls, the seven bathrooms and the central heating.
